Youth Coach Liz

I empower young people to find their calm, confidence, and sense of self again, so they can navigate life’s challenges with self-belief, resilience and pride in who they are

Helping young people feel calmer, more confident, and capable of handling life’s ups and downs.

I work with young people aged 10–25 who are struggling with confidence, motivation, or managing emotions. Coaching gives them a safe, supportive space to talk openly, understand themselves better and learn practical tools to move forward.

My approach is gentle but effective. I combine compassion with clear structure, helping each person recognise their strengths and build confidence from the inside out. Everything shared in coaching is confidential, creating a space where they can be honest without fear of judgement.

What it’s like to work with me

Coaching is a collaborative process. We start by exploring what’s going on right now and what they’d like to change. From there, we work together to build self-awareness, emotional resilience and confidence. Coaching can be in person in North London or worldwide online.

Sessions are relaxed and conversational, with space for reflection and practical strategies they can use straight away.
