Enfield, North London and London-wide family meal deals to help make half term a little easier on the purse.

Half term is here, which means the snack cupboard is already being treated like an all-you-can-eat buffet, someone is asking for lunch approximately 11 minutes after breakfast, and you are probably trying to keep everyone fed, entertained and vaguely cheerful without spending a fortune.

The good news? There are some brilliant kids eat free and kids eat cheap deals running across Enfield, North London and wider London this May half term.

I’ve pulled together the offers in one place so families can quickly see what’s nearby, what needs an app, what has an adult-spend requirement, and what’s worth knowing before heading out.

This guide is split into three easy sections: EnfieldNorth London, and London-wide chains. Screenshot the bits you need, send it to your parent WhatsApp group, and enjoy one less thing to think about this week.

As always, offers can change, branch participation can vary, and terms and conditions apply, so please double-check directly with the restaurant or café before making a special trip.

What’s included in this guide

  • Enfield kids’ meal deals
  • North London kids’ meal deals
  • London-wide kids eat free chains
  • Quick tips before you go

Enfield: confirmed kids’ meal deals

These are the local Enfield options with confirmed branches, so you are not being sent on a wild goose chase with hungry children in tow.

Prezzo Italian — Enfield Town

Address: 26 The Town, Enfield EN2 6LJ
Good to know: Around a 2-minute walk from Enfield Town station
Offer: Children get 2 free courses with every full-price adult main meal purchased.
When: All half term

This is a handy one if you want a proper sit-down meal in Enfield Town. Prezzo is usually a reliable family option because pasta and pizza tend to cover most children’s “I don’t know what I want but I’m hungry” moods.

Asda Café — Ponders End

Address: 67 High Street, Ponders End, Enfield EN3 4EF
Offer: Kids eat for £1
Good to know: No minimum adult spend needed. Under 16s only.
When: Every day

This is one of the easiest budget-friendly options because you do not need to buy an adult meal to unlock the offer. It’s especially useful if you are already popping into Asda, need a quick lunch, or want something low-fuss without booking ahead.

Morrisons Café — Enfield

Address: 327 Southbury Road, Enfield EN1 1TW
Offer: Kids eat free when an adult buys a meal worth £5 or more.
When: All week

Morrisons Café is a good option for a simple, no-fuss lunch. There is an adult spend requirement, but it is still a strong choice if you need somewhere easy and familiar.

Honest note on Enfield: I’ve kept this section to confirmed local branches only. Some big chains are running great deals across London, but if there is not a clear Enfield branch, I’ve put them in the wider London section instead.

North London: more kids eat free and cheap options

If you are heading a little further out, meeting friends, visiting a park, going shopping or just trying to get everyone out of the house for a few hours, these North London options are worth keeping in your back pocket.

Franco Manca

Where: Stoke Newington and other North London branches
Offer: Kids under 12 get a free sourdough pizza with every full-price adult main.
Good to know: Available Monday–Friday until 6pm at selected branches.

This is a lovely one for pizza-loving children. Just make sure you check your chosen branch is taking part before you go, as the offer is for selected branches.

Las Iguanas

Where: Angel, Camden and more North London locations
Offer: Kids under 12 eat free with every adult main purchased.
Good to know: You’ll need the My Las Iguanas app to redeem.
When: 24–31 May

Great if you fancy something a bit different from the usual pizza/pasta route. Download the app before you leave the house, because trying to do it at the table with hungry children is not the one.

Prezzo Italian

Where: Multiple North London branches
Offer: Kids get 2 free courses with every adult main.
When: All half term

A good repeat option if you are not near the Enfield branch but still want the same style of deal elsewhere in North London.

Brewdog

Where: Camden and other London branches
Offer: Kids eat free with an adult meal.
Good to know: Book online and choose the kids eat free offer when reserving.
When: 23–31 May

Yes, really. Brewdog can be surprisingly family-friendly depending on the branch and time of day, but this is definitely one to book and check properly before you go.

IKEA Restaurant — Brent Cross

Address: 2 Brent Park Road, Brent Cross NW10 0TH
Offer: Kids’ meals from 95p
Good to know: Available daily after 11am.

Not technically free, but still worth mentioning because 95p kids’ meals are very helpful during half term. Plus, if you can get in and out of IKEA without buying storage boxes you didn’t plan for, you deserve a medal.

Morrisons Café — Palmers Green

Address: 19 Aldermans Hill, Palmers Green N13 4EU
Offer: Kids eat free with any adult meal over £5.
When: All week

Another easy café option if Palmers Green is closer to you than Enfield. Check opening times before heading out.

Quick tips before you go

A tiny bit of prep can save a lot of faffing at the table, especially when children are already hungry and patience is disappearing by the second.

Download the apps first

Las Iguanas and ASK Italian both use app-based offers. Downloading the app while your child is already hungry and asking why the food has not arrived yet is a very specific kind of stress. Do it before you leave.

Check your chosen branch

Some offers are branch-specific or subject to availability. If you are making a special journey, call ahead or check the restaurant’s website first.

Watch the dates

Some deals end on 29 May, while others run through to 31 May or across the full half-term week. It is worth checking the date before promising anyone a free pizza.

Go off-peak if you can

Half term means everyone has the same idea. An early lunch or late lunch can be much calmer than the 12:30pm rush.

Read the adult-spend bit

Some offers require an adult main meal, some require a full-price adult meal, and some are cheaper kids’ meals rather than completely free. The small print matters.

Final note

Hopefully this helps make half term a little easier, a little cheaper and a lot less “what are we feeding them now?”
